Cancellation Policy
15 mins or more late without notice will result in an appointment being cancelled and charged.
No shows or cancels will be charged full service fee for not cancelling within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
No refunds allowed. If you are unhappy with your service please advise at that time so that arrangements can be made to your satisfaction.
